I enjoyed a delightful breakfast with a variety of options that catered to travelers from around the world, and the hotel's proximity to Madrid's city center was convenient.

ubucation and treatment of the employees, brief but pleasant.
The breakfast absolutely disappointed me; 9 euros per person, a buffet, where there was little and of medium to low quality, the coffee more water than coffee, the bread little where to choose, four little dishes with cut fruits to choose few and with a regular aspect and some sausages: fresh cheese and another one, York ham of doubtful aspect and a little bit of Serrano ham of the most elementary quality. And the scrambled eggs, bacon and chistorra (spicy sausage) that have to be ordered from the kitchen, well and some cereals and a representation of pastries not very artisanal, does not justify the price. The hotel in the reserve advertises a restaurant in the hotel itself, but I didn't see anywhere that would indicate that on Saturdays and Sundays there is no restaurant, only for breakfast. And that's what I found having to go out and find a place to eat.

Cleaning the room
deal when we try to make a change or find a solution to an unforeseen event. We go regularly to Tres Cantos and we always stayed at this hotel because we liked it, treatment had always been very good and it is clean. was at least the sixth time we stayed there. time we took 2 rooms for 1 week at a non-refundable rate, because there were no changes planned. two weeks before we went, one of the guests needed to leave a day early for work and other stayed an extra day. We asked to be allowed to change the reservation of the one who was leaving to the one who was staying 1 more day and we were told that it could not be because a non-refundable reservation had been made. Up to this point, we can understand why it was the way the reservation was made, when we tried to book the room of the guest who was staying one more day, we were told that we could do it through the internet with a reduced price from the hotel's own website, that they were not going to help us. we tried, we couldn't select the option to keep the room and they wouldn't assure us that when we asked them in person at the reception. truth is that I was quite surprised by the treatment we received, we had never been treated with such disinterest. We looked for the extra night in another hotel. For my part I have no intention of returning.

My girlfriend and I took a getaway trip to relax and couldn't have chosen a better hotel than Vp Jardin De. We were able to check into our room right after our transatlantic flight, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the room was quiet, comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located near the train station with frequent services to the center of Madrid. Additionally, the hotel restaurant offers a great selection for breakfast, and there is a supermarket just behind the hotel for any last-minute needs.
Can recommend this hotel.

Convenient Location 📍
This place is situated close to some nice restaurants and bars, making it easy to grab a bite to eat or enjoy a drink. it's only a bus ride away from the airport, which is quite handy. We were lucky to get a room that had a bathtub, adding an extra touch of comfort to our stay.

The calmness of the place.
The locker had some pre-programmed numbers and so I could not enter my on numbers. As a result, I did not use it at all.

Staff were generally friendly, room was clean and well laid out, fabric shower curtain stayed in place when using the shower and didn't cling like other materials. Generous spirit 'measures' great nibbles with drinks
Very limited 'resturant' menu available - seemed more on outside board

Gentleman on evening reception was extremely helpful. He provided us with ideas for places to visit and supplied all the things we needed. He was pleasant at all times and made us feel very welcome. Breakfast had a good selection.
An iron and kettle in the room would have been appreciated although we did get an iron from the gentleman on reception.
